A CAOL man had sentence deferred for background reports at Fort William Sheriff Court last week after pleading guilty to supplying diamorphine.
Mark McManus, 40, of Patience Way, Caol, admitted that on May 9 this year at MacFarlane Way, Fort William, he had been concerned in the supply of heroin, a class A drug.
Sheriff Eilidh MacDonald said she would defer sentence until December 5 for a criminal justice social work report due to the ‘serious nature of the offence’ and because of the number and type of McManus’ previous offences.
