So writes Ken Eastwood in his beautifully drawn-together feature on the music of the Australian bush – a main feature of OUTBACK’s August–September issue. It is a story of country music, Aboriginal music, rock music – how music brings us together and changes us. Australian music at its core is different to music from elsewhere, with story-telling front and centre, often using humour and satire.
