It has been a while since a Mini graced the cover of Pacenotes Rally Magazine but this month we have Northampton based Phil Harris' spotless Category 1 Historic Mini in prime position, accompanied by an equally stunning Downton Sport 40 road car - number one of five - owned by Northern Ireland's Alan McClelland.
