The July issue of PBMW is stuffed full of modified BMW goodness, as you'd expect! This month's cover car is an exceptional turbocharged E36 M3 making 610whp; so much work has gone into this car and it's been built to such a high standard. It's a killer car that just ticks all the boxes and we love it.
