Our December issue is full of fast festive projects. From bright Quilted Stockings to quick Patchwork Cards we have the perfect project to add a personal touch to your home this Christmas.

Our main cover quilt, Cosy Christmas Cabin, is a bold version of the traditional Log Cabin quilt block. Also on the cover is the adorable Popper the Penguin cushion, perfect to make for an animal loving child, and Debbie Grabler von-Crozier’s fun festive noughts and crosses set which will keep the children entertained this season.

Taking inspiration from nearer to home is part two of Suzanne Fisher’s beautiful Welsh inspired Medallion Quilt.

This is the time of year for making presents, and Anita Watson-Jackson’s My Favourite Wash Bag makes a lovely gift for friends and family. It combines embroidery and applique to create something extra special, but is also a really useful size.
