Only the two largest sizes have seven-day batteries. Smaller ones only manage six, unless you combine them with a Galaxy Watch to split heart-rate readings.

Don’t like sleeping with a clunky smartwatch on your wrist or having to charge it every other day – if you’re lucky?
A smart ring is the next best thing, and Samsung’s Galaxy Ring is the first from a major name rather than a smaller startup.
At 2.6mm thick it gets impressively close to a regular piece of jewellery, yet finds room inside for an accelerometer, skin temperature sensor and heart tracker. These monitor step count and sleep (including blood oxygen levels), continuously record your heart rate and calculate stress levels. Samsung’s Health app then presents it all as easy-to-digest charts and graphs.
