You know you should foam roll regularly, but always convince yourself you just haven’t quite got enough time to squeeze it into your busy day? The fact that using a foam roller is a bit ouchy probably doesn’t help either, does it? However, while foam rolling can occasionally be a tad ouchy, it could be saving you a lot more pain in the long term.
