Essentially, it seems, whatever the milestone along the writer’s path, there is somebody who doubts they’re supposed to be there. For many writers, despite verifiable, concrete, evidence to the contrary, that feeling never goes away. So when is the right time to start your novel, or your selfpublishing project, or submitting to agents? If you haven’t already started, the right time is now.
