This month, we’ve reinvented a small wooden chest of drawers to create a real feature piece for a child’s bedroom or playroom. We wanted to have a little fun with our theme so took inspiration from our favourite colourful building blocks. We added wooden circles to the front of each drawer and painted the chest in bold colours. Adding wheels made the chest moveable so it can be quickly pushed to one side for more play space. As a finishing touch, we added a string bag to the side to store stray blocks and favourite toys.
