Welcome to Guitar of the Year; the definitive list of the best acoustics we reviewed throughout 2017. We have painstakingly looked back over every guitar that has been featured in the mag over the past twelve months to bring you our standouts. What a year it’s been too! We have seen some mind-blowing guitars come to Acoustic Towers for a road test by our expert reviewers. As you may know, we don’t put anything in the magazine that we don’t recommend. If it’ll get torn to pieces by our reviewers – we don’t even bother. Pages are too precious to tell you how bad a guitar is. As such, it’s been really difficult choosing what to include. Out of the eighty odd guitars we reviewed throughout 2017, only twenty have made it into this highly prestigious list. This year, we will crown two winners, of sorts. Like usual, we will choose our overall Guitar of the Year, but we will also crown Best Budget Guitar.
