This set of three tubeline tiles, above, featuring polychrome birds in a grassland setting, is one of the many pieces on offer at The Cotswolds Decorative, Antiques & Art Fair at Westonbirt School.
The tiles, which measure a little under 6in (15cm) square each, were made c.1900 by Heimixen and show one bird perched, one swooping in on a butterfly and another in flight. The set will be on the stand of decorative tile specialist Richard Hoppé, returning to the fair after several years away, where it is priced at £185.
