THERE will be plenty of action in Carradale this Saturday as the annual Harbour Day gets under way.
The event brings together some of the finest boats, seafood and crafts to help celebrate the maritime tradition and culture in the area.
Two ring-net fishing boats – the Shemaron and Loch Fyne skiff Wee Dooker – will be mooring in the harbour, giving visitors the chance to get a feel for old fishing practices and techniques. A Viking longship will also be sailing into the harbour.
