ON THURSDAY October 20, a vehicle was stopped at around 8.15pm on by police on Lochnell Street, Lochgilphead.
Checks revealed the vehicle had an expired MOT and the driver, a 29-year-old woman, was charged and issued with a £100 fixed penalty. The same woman was again stopped by police at 5.40pm on Saturday October 22 while driving her vehicle on Poltalloch Street, Lochgilp head. Officers checked once again to discover the vehicle still had no valid MOT. The woman was charged and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
