A PEAL of bells, half muffled, will be rung in Inveraray tomorrow, Saturday, in commemoration of those who died in the First World War.
The classic view of Inveraray, with the bell tower dominating the skyline.
Beside the bell tower, the annual First World War memorial service in All Saints Church will begin at noon on Saturday October 29. The Scottish Association of Change-Ringers will ring the half-muffled peal in honour of the departed, and everyone is welcome to join the prayers for rest, peace and the promise of a more just future.
