KILMICHAEL Glassary SWI met at the Kilmartin Church Hall, where president Catherine Smith welcomed nine members to the first meeting of the new session.
After business at the September 12 meeting, the ladies enjoyed perusing photographs of past ‘Rural’ events. There was great fun trying to identify current members from pictures going back to their younger days. Tea followed, served by Betty Rhodick, and a raffle was drawn for institute funds.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday October 10 in Kilmartin Church Hall where members and friends will hear people from M&M Nurseries talk about how they started their business.
