LEAN OVER BACKWARDS
Spring has sprung and summer is just around the corner. So, who wants to get lean quickly but doesn’t really have the time or energy to put in hours at the gym, slaving away on the cross-trainer?
Well, you’re in luck. Say hello to your new best friend: interval training. She’s a bit intense, and the kind of friend you only want in 45 minute doses. But the harder you work during the training session, the better and longer-lasting the benefits can be. Look for classes such as HIIT, Insanity and Sh1ft at your local gym — you can usually hear them before you see them!
