This means that all the messy, complicated and stressful precommencement work you’d normally have to sort out is undertaken by us.
We maintain a broad selection of serviced plots with detailed planning approval, with a dedicated Border Oak project manager attached to the scheme. Our expert team will also complete the infrastructure and shared landscaping. In addition, we resolve and streamline the conveyancing process, so you know exactly what you’re buying and there are no nasty surprises or hidden costs pre-purchase.
