UFS
What does it do?
UFS (Universal Flash Storage) is a type of storage typically found in smartphones and tablets. However, it has recently been included in the specification for Copilot+ laptops. It means Copilot+ machines must use either SSDs or UFS for storage instead of traditional hard drives. It also means we’ll be seeing UFS crop up more regularly in new laptops from now on.
