DNA: Because of physical distancing rules, a lot of people have rediscovered their kitchens. This is part necessity, but do you think it’s also comforting?
Jordan Bruno: One-hundred per cent! When we eat and cook food we connect to so many memories. It’s amazing to see so many people revisit those memories as they cook food close to their heart. It also empowers people to feel productive throughout their day and nourishes their body with nutritionally dense foods, all of which is comforting for our mind and body.
