Answering the burning questions posed by DWM readers – the man in charge of Doctor Who!
“No.” Get tingly!

Exciting but slightly garbled and typically inaccurate recap...

In last month’s episode, a mysterious stranger issued a terrible challenge…

CLIVE WINTERBOTTOM asks: In 52 years of Doctor Who, which stories do you think could be considered ‘groundbreaking’ is some way?

With seconds to spare, as the giant laser buzzsaw descended (or something) I replied, “Groundbreaking Doctor Who has to mean finding new spaces for the show to work in: not necessarily the best episodes, not even the favourites, just the shows that everyone found themselves imitating,” and then smiled bravely like a man who knew he’d probably have to re-edit that a bit for the recap.
