TARGETING NUTRITIONAL ADVICE to an individual makes complete sense. Personalised nutrition represents the cutting edge of nutritional science, with researchers and innovators beginning to prove we really do have individual responses to different foods and nutrients. The limitation, of course, is that – at least in the near future – the technology won’t be available to the majority of us. Even when it is, the results will require one-to-one expert interpretation, and may be prohibitively expensive.
