Never one to hide her views, TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson is now using her voice to raise awareness of menopausal incontinence

While the conversation around menopause is finally opening up, many still avoid talking about the bladder weakness that can come with it.
TV presenter and columnist Ulrika Jonsson knows only too well the life-changing impact menopause can have, but even she was surprised by the lack of awareness around this issue.
“I’ve been lucky to not have experienced bladder leaks as part of my menopause journey, but I was really surprised to find it can be a problem for over 50 per cent of menopausal women,” the 55-year old mum of four tells hello!. “I think a lot of women endure them as they don’t know there is support out there for them.”
