Set up sleep tracking on Apple Watch
We were getting tired of waiting, but watchOS 7 is finally allowing you to keep an eye on your sleep patterns
Apple Watch, when used to its potential, can be indispensable during the day. But thanks to watchOS 7, there’s little chance of you giving the device rest at night. Apple has introduced the Sleep app which tracks your shuteye by using the built-in accelerometer sensor. It can tell if you’re asleep or lying down awake and, by setting a schedule, it can prompt you to go to bed, let you wind down and prevent the device from disturbing you during your slumber.
