App Switcher
This refers to a feature in iOS that lets you view all of the apps currently open on your device. When in the App Switcher you can swipe up to ‘flick away’ apps you don’t need to run to save battery power.
M1
The M1 is the first Appledesigned ARM-based silicon processor featuring two types of cores: high performance and high efficiency. The M1 chip has been rolled out to MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini and iPad Pro.
Split View
This term refers to a component of iPadOS’s multitasking toolkit that allows you to run two apps side by side on your iPad screen. You can drag the partitian to give more space to one specific app and even drag and drop content between the open apps. Not all apps are compatible, though.
