macOS Reminders
Create Smart Lists using the Mac Reminders app
Organise your tasks, lists and to-dos in Reminders into Smart Lists that show only what you need
Smart Lists is a recently added feature to the Reminders app; if you’ve used Smart Folders in Finder you’ll be familiar with the idea. A Smart List is like a search/filter that shows only those items that match certain criteria. You can view reminders that have been flagged and reminders that have been scheduled with a date, but how do you show reminders that are both flagged and scheduled? With a Smart List. That is one example of a Smart List using rules to display reminders. Rules are like, if a reminder has this attribute and that attribute, then show it. Smart List rules are useful. They enable you to see only the reminders you want.
