Outdoor Swimmer  |  February 24
In the new ‘Protest’ issue of Outdoor Swimmer we ask ‘How can you be a better swimmer?’ Like many swimmers I know, I pick litter at my swim spots and try to do my bit to leave where I swim better than I found it. But some swimmers take their fight further to campaign for the environment, make access to the water better, improve water quality and protect wildlife. But fighting for our right to swim doesn’t just stop there. From individual swimmers campaigning for disability access, to eco-conscious companies trying to bring about industry change, the fight for a better swimming world is being fought on many fronts.
Whatever kind of campaigner you may or might be, I hope this issue inspires you to think differently about how, where and what you do while swimming!
