Private Eye, the best antidote to trying times!

Years ago, when I lived in London, Private Eye was at first bought at the newsagents, then a subscription was purchased as it was totally required reading for its alarmingly honest treatment of the then current ‘Establishment’. Nothing was sacred! I have been purchasing the odd copy imported into Australia but finding a digital copy available was the best discovery of the year so far. Now retired, I look forward to getting fresh off the press digital copies of what really should be the world’s most popular magazine. I drift into my future geriatric existence with a happy and contented smile on my face due to Lord Gnome. Bless his loins. Reviewed 09 January 2022
