How are you feeling this winter’s day? With that in mind, and aware that some of you will be bursting with energy and intention while others will be struggling to make it through the morning (and that we might all experience both of these kind of days depending on when we’re actually reading the magazine!) we’ve created this issue as a bit of a ‘Pick your own adventure’, complete with two dossiers, you lucky things! So if you’re feeling overwhelmed by everything; your house is chaos; your family are bickering and you need to just relax, wind down and think calming thoughts, then we’re here for you. Encouraging you to forget what other people think and tune in to what’s really important in your heart, here we share some wonderful ideas to help you enjoy a more meaningful, joyful and intentional life, including finding your motivation mantra and your personal prescription for joy.
