CLARKE BAGS CRUCIAL WIN
Reading fans weren’t too impressed when manager Steve Clarke spoke to Fulham about their vacant manager’s job in midweek. But the Royals boss decided to stay put – and must have been delighted his side managed to
earn three points against Bolton Wanderers to get the supporters back on side. Lucas Piazon netted the opener and Danny Williams made it two before half-time. The Royals eventually triumphed 2-1. Meanwhile, managerless Fulham drew 1-1 at struggling MK Dons.
