ROAR-ING AHEAD
Sutton United are dreaming of an FA Cup third round big gun after Roarie
Deacon hit a 96th-minute winner. The National League side, who famously beat Coventry City in the third round in 1989, booked a potential money-spinning tie by toppling League Two Cheltenham Town 2-1. U’s boss Paul Doswell said: “I’m a massive Southampton fan. I travel to their games when we’re not playing, so Saints home or away would be the dream one for me.
“For the club it’s got to be Man United home or away any of the Premier
League teams would be amazing. “I’d like a home draw. You never know it
could be another major cup upset.”
