WHEN Queen + Adam Lambert reconvene their Rhapsody World Tour on May 27 at Belfast’s SSE Arena, more than two years will have elapsed since their last show. The pandemic sent the tour into hiatus in March 2020, but not before the band had played 27 dates in North America, six in Japan and South Korea and a further 11 in Australia and New Zealand. By the time they finally complete this delayed European leg of the tour in Finland on July 25, they will have played to more than 1.2 million people.
