Welcome to the Folklore Issue, Winter 2023! It has certainly been a challenging and difficult year for us here at Witchology HQ, and we're taking time over the winter period to consider what we would like to take away from it all and to release the energy of the last 12 months.
One of the things we enjoy the most about the darker months is exploring traditions and lore - which is why we have themed this the Folklore issue. Make Krampus cookies and learn about Germanic winter spirits before discovering the folk art of Johnny Greenteeth and and the magic of folk storytelling.
As if that wasn’t enough, we have an interview with the amazing Heilung from our new Music Editor Emma Cownley! Watch this space because Emma is working some serious magic for 2024.
