Myriad First Drafts Competition is for the first 5,000 words of an unpublished novel or short story collection in any genre by a debut writer. The prize is a week-long writing retreat at West Dean College, detailed editorial feedback and six months’ mentoring. The entry fee is £10 and the closing date is 30 June.
