3 ways with... crab
⚫ Update your regular nachos by adding cooked white crabmeat and prawns. Fry the prawns for a few minutes with garlic until cooked through, combine with the crabmeat, then spread over tortilla chips. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chilli flakes, then pop under the grill until the cheese has melted.
⚫ For a simple starter try crab-stuffed avocado. Mix 30g white crabmeat with ¼ tsp Dijon mustard, a drizzle of olive oil and torn basil leaves. Spoon into ½ avocado and sprinkle with chilli flakes and black pepper.
