MAKE A SPOOKY SPOON
Freak out your friends with this downright weird item
1 Find a low-quality, thin teaspoon (check with an adult – don’t use the best ones!).
2 Use your hands to warm the metal at the narrowest point, and then bend the handle over.
3 Position the handle to one side, so your Spooky Spoon is asymmetric when viewed from above*.
*You may need to play with the asymmetry of the handle to achieve ultimate spookiness.
That spoon is not even slightly spooky! It’s completely useless! Ed
OK, bear with me… Put the Spooky Spoon on a smooth surface and give it a fast spin. In one direction it will slow down smoothly to a stop, but in the other direction it slows, rattles… and then spookily turns back in the opposite direction.
