Lochgilphead man Sandy MacKellar did his good deed for the day when he spotted a missing shopping trolley and returned it to a Lochgilphead supermarket.
Nothing remarkable about that, you might think, but this was a special wheelchairadapted shopping trolley and Sandy himself is a wheelchair user.
A friend of Sandy’s said: ‘It had been missing for at least two months and causing difficulties for people who required it. Shopping could only be done using a basket or by asking a member of staff to push a trolley for them, limiting their independence.
