CHILDREN’S author Alan Windram delighted Mid Argyll children with an event that had them singing, dancing and listening to two of his stories.
The event was held at Argyll Book Centre in Lochgilphead on Saturday March 3. Alan opened the afternoon with a warmup of heads, shoulders, knees and toes, upping the pace and getting the children moving faster with every verse.
He then settled the youngsters down, much to their parents’ delight, encouraging them to ‘turn on their listening ears’ as he read them his first story ‘A Puppy’s Tale’ which follows the adventures of a pup called Georgie.
