Happy visitors
The news this week that Arran played host to more than 400,000 visitors last year is quite a remarkable achievement.
Don’t forget this is a small island with a residential population of around 4,500 – so to cater for the needs of all these visitors takes a lot of hard work and commitment from a lot of people.
From the shopkeepers and cafe owners, campsite owners and top hotels, to visitor attractions, large and small – everyone plays their part in keeping the visitors happy and wanting to come back for more.
