THE CUSTOMIZED CREAM THOMAS HAYES SOFA IS ONE OF REGGIE’S FAVORITE PIECES IN THE HOME. WITH AN UNBROKEN CUSHION AND A LENGTH OF ABOUT SIX FEET, IT CAN DOUBLE AS A GUEST BED. JARED ADDED AN AKSEL KJERSGAARD ROUND MIRROR—WHICH MIMICS THE DOOR FRAMES AND WOOD FURNITURE—AS WELL AS TWO ABSTRACT WOODEN SCULPTURES ON THE PRE-EXISTING FIREPLACE.
THICK VELVET CURTAINS WERE ADDED TO COMPLEMENT THE PRE-EXISTING SHAG CARPET IN REGGIE’S DEDICATED MEDIA/GAME ROOM. “THE PANELING WAS ORIGINAL, BUT IT WASN’T ON EVERY WALL, SO I ADDED MORE SO THAT IT TOTALLY WRAPS AROUND THE ROOM AND GIVES IT THAT RETRO DEN KIND OF FEEL,” SAYS JARED.

How can you make a house a home when you’re renting the space?
