I’m not vegan, but like many people, I’ve been incorporating more vegan meals into my weekly routine. I feel so much healthier and have loads more energy as a result. There is no doubt that a vegan diet can have huge beneits for your body.
As vegan food becomes more mainstream, the demand for simple vegan recipes is increasing. Many people feel there is a barrier to vegan cooking: they are intimidated by mysterious ingredients and confused by complicated techniques and trends they see online.
