Dear Readers,
January - a new beginning and a fresh start! People plan to do, be, feel, and live better. As parents, we want to accomplish those goals but also see our children achieve them. Often, the best way to do that is by changing our health habits and choices. For parents with a child on the spectrum, not reaching for one more chocolate chip cookie during stressful times or making sure their children are getting the proper amount of sleep can be challenging and exhausting. It’s so much easier to choose the dessert over the decathlon.
