We’ve been all over Italy curating stories for this month’s issue. It starts with Milan’s Alfa Romeo museum, home of the Alfa 164 Procar. We were privileged to be given access to this V10-powered racer with an F1 chassis – read our exclusive story this month. At the FCA Heritage Hub in Turin, we drove Carlo Abarth’s own, very lovely 2400 Coupe. Ferrari fans will be delighted by our 488 Pista Spider drive story from Maranello to Mugello, for the Finali Mondiali, as well as an exciting narrative on a Ferrari that was never offered officially: the 365 GTC/4 Spider. Also never offered officially by Maserati was a Quattroporte estate – but we’ve got a story on two of ’em! And speaking of Maserati, we also visited the Trident’s HQ in Modena for a look behind the scenes, while Padova’s Auto e Moto d’Epoca show was another hit this year. Fiat fans can revel in a feature on two supercharged saloons (131 and Argenta), while we have a stab at defending the Italian ‘lemons’ that everyone loves to hate.

Auto Italia magazine is dedicated to the owner, collector and admirer of Italian cars. From Fiat to Ferrari and Alfa Romeo to Zagato, all marques presented in this high quality publication are supported by specially commissioned original photography.

Each issue is brought to you by a team of writers and photographers who have a passion for all things Italian; the country, the lifestyle, the cars. Each one of them has a background of either Italian car ownership, motor racing or engineering.

The informative content covers new car launches, road and track tests of historic, classic and current range cars, competition cars, buyers guides and interviews with prominent personalities.

Auto Italia is a collectable, continuous history of the Italian automotive industry and is unique in publishing in-depth features on the specialist coachbuilders that created a seemingly endless catalogue of vehicles. Many of these cars are unknown to even the most dedicated Italian car enthusiast and are often presented with previously unpublished archive photography.

Whatever your particular interest is,
if you like Italian cars then you will love Auto Italia.
