PICNIC CUPCAKES
Dani Brazier from Blue Door Bakery (www.bluedoorbakery.co.uk) has made these fantastic picnic cupcakes that are just perfect for a sweet reward after a stroll in the countryside…
YOU WILL NEED
• cupcakes
• 60g (2oz) fondant
• cornflour
• gel colours – green, pink, brown, yellow.
• small sprinkles
• circle cutter
• pizza cutter
• piping bag
• Jem 2D nozzle
1 Begin by colouring a small amount of fondant with baby pink. Roll out some white and pink fondant. Make sure you roll the pink much thinner than the white. Use cornflour to help to stop it from sticking.
