“These Christmas pudding biscuits are one of my favourites. The kids have lots of fun making and decorating and the recipe only has four ingredients, plus the decorations, so hopefully they will all be in your store cupboard or fridge. Just remember how many went into the oven, so you know how many icings to cut! If you don’t like fondant icing you can always use some buttercream instead. You could also use the mixture to make Christmas baubles – add 25g (1oz) more flour instead of the cocoa, then just bake and decorate!”
