The National Health Service – I have never known what it’s like to live without it. This makes me incredibly lucky and until recently, pretty ignorant also. I took it for granted. It had always been there, so surely it would never cease to? But of course nothing is guaranteed, especially when it comes to politics and every system we have in place that benefits those who aren’t wealthy has had to be fought for.
