ONE-SHEET COLLECTIONS
2024 BASEBALL HALL OF FAME BALLOT
BY JOEL REUTER
The One-Sheet Collections idea is a simple concept with infinite possibilities. Take a single nine-pocket sheet and a reasonable $100 budget, and build a nine-card collection with a unifying theme.
This week’s collection provides a look ahead at the top newcomers for the 2024 Hall of Fame ballot.
That list is headlined by Adrian Beltre, who has a chance to be a first-ballot selection.
He is joined by Chase Utley and Joe Mauer as players with a legitimate shot at induction in the coming years, while there are a handful of other memorable stars who will also have their case weighed by the BBWAA for the first time in 2024.

Adrian Beltre made his MLB debut shortly after his 19th birthday in 1998, and over the course of a 21-year career he racked up 3,166 hits, 477 home runs, 1,707 RBI and 93.5 WAR to establish himself as one of the greatest third basemen in MLB history. He was a four-time All-Star, five-time Gold Glove winner and has the resume to be a first-ballot Hall of Famer. He only has three Rookie Cards in 1997 products: Bowman, Bowman Chrome and Bowman’s Best options. All three will be a hot commodity if he gets the call to Cooperstown.
