Spring is here, and with it comes a renewed sense of adventure and discovery. April is a month that truly captures the spirit of cycling, as enthusiasts from around the world take to the roads, trails, and mountains to experience the magic of two wheels. In this edition of BIKE Magazine, we’ve packed the pages with inspiring stories, event highlights, and destinations to fuel your passion for cycling.

This month, we bring you a detailed account of some of the most iconic cycling events, including the Tour of the Basque Country and the legendary Paris-Roubaix Challenge. Whether you dream of tackling the brutal cobblestones or gliding through the serene beauty of the New Forest Classic, our coverage aims to transport you to the heart of the action.

Our feature on Cycling in Central France explores the hidden gems of the Creuse and Corrèze regions. Far from the bustling tourist hubs, these areas offer tranquil landscapes, rich history, and quiet roads perfect for cycling. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the best journeys lie off the beaten path.

For those seeking top-tier cycling destinations, our spotlight on Hotel Grof in Slovenia and the Flandrien Hotel in Belgium highlights how these cyclist-friendly accommodations are elevating the cycling experience. From bike rentals to wellness amenities and unique collections of classic bicycles, they cater to both casual riders and serious enthusiasts.

No April issue would be complete without a nod to racing, and this month, we cover the thrilling battles at the 2025 Absa Cape Epic. From gruelling climbs to dusty descents, the world’s top riders have left it all on the trails, and we’re here to bring you every adrenaline-filled moment.

Finally, we’re excited to announce that submissions are now open for the BIKE Photography Contest 2026! Whether you’ve captured an unforgettable moment on a ride or a stunning landscape beyond the bike, we want to see it. Share your best shot and stand a chance to win exciting

BIKE Magazine

Do better Reviewed 27 June 2025

Great Magazine for Bicycle Enthusiasts

I really enjoy this magazine it has high quality content and strikes the perfect balance between the professional world of cycling and real life stories from hobbyists. It does a very good job keeping readers update with events, bike friendly places around the world to visit and what's going on in the professional world of cycling. I've gone through quite a few bicycle related bicycle magazines in recent years and I have to say BIKE Magazine is my favourite. Reviewed 29 November 2021
