Apps now offer users the ability to make significant changes to their own systems without having to call on the dealers who installed them. It’s not a particularly sexy change, but it’s a massive improvement in the way people can use their own setup. We can continue to manage the system overall and our client can tweak things without needing an engineer to visit. DIY products have had this from the start; the professional systems are now catching up.
