A new community-focused custom home development has been proposed in Lancashire. Pickley Green in Leigh, Wigan, was selected as the potential site for the innovative housing scheme, where residents will be able to have an input in the design. Serviced plots are expected to become available to self builders from spring 2019. The planning process is being led by self and custom build specialists AC Architects.
