Air India’s new A350-900 painted in the carrier’s refreshed livery was seen taking off on its first ferry flight between Singapore to Toulouse in November. The new airframe, with registration F-WHUG (c/n 585), flew from the Airbus headquarters in France to the Asian city on October 24, making the 14-hour return journey on November 17. Air India wrote on X that the carrier was “another step closer to the arrival of India’s most-awaited aircraft”. The airline is expecting to receive a total of six A350s in the coming months. The aircraft is seen here parked up in Toulouse on November 18 following its ferry flight.
